Unforgiven is a great movie

I've watched it maybe 30 times since it came out in 92? and there isn't anything I would want added or removed. The subtle way the characters and situations are portrayed and developed I don't think would fly in modern cinema. Many westerns are very cheesy to me but Unforgiven is genuine, the deaths and violence are all very impactful to the story. The past of William Munny is as much a part of the story what is shown on screen. The posers (skoalfield kid, sheriff deputies, ranch cowboys) v the real killers (Eastwood, Freeman, Harris and Hackman) is the icing on the cake. The casting is spot on and the score melds with tone of the story and landscape. I love this movie. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/r4qGHIV
