Saddest movie you’ve ever seen and why?

I like to seek out the most depressing movies I can find for some weird reason.For me, so far, it’s the anime Grave of the Fireflies. It’s so incredibly devastating. The brother trying to take care of his baby sister after the WW2 bombings of Japan was the saddest story I’ve ever seen on film.Manchester by the Sea is another one.
