The Autopsy is the best "Lovecraftian" movie I've seen in a very long time and you should definitely check it out!

Okay, technically it is a tv show episode but in reality it is a short movie just presented in the tv show format and you don't need to watch the other episodes to enjoy this one.So, "The Autopsy" is the 3rd episode in the Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities series (on Netflix).It is not based on Lovecraft's writings (though the writer of story the film's based on did contribute to tje Cthulhu mythos, not that this story has anything to do with that stuff) but you can definitely see the inspiration while watching.Not going to spoil more of it.
