3rd+ billed costar who stole the movie from under the stars feet?

Just rewatched Romeo + Juliet and John Leguizamo's Tibalt still brings it nearly 30 years later. Is it somewhat too stylized? Sure, but so is anything in the Lurhmann-verse. It shot Leo to stardom before Titanic made him supernova but that movie has high stakes because of Leguizamo. Harold Perrineau's Mercutio gets an honorable mention but Tibalt was the more commanding character and the entire reason for the tribal feud.Who else objectively outshone the stars with their performance? I say "starS" meaning 3rd billed or more so in this exercise Christian Bale in The Fighter doesn't count since he was the 2-spot behind Wahlberg. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/AshFES9
