Crazy, Stupid, Love is really an insane movie now that I'm older because the movie constantly tries to give Julianne Moore's character an out when she's probably the most reprehensible character in the movie.

She breaks up a 20+ year marriage and cheats on her husband, divorces him, and leaves him to become a single father, then she has the balls to get mad at him when he bangs the teacher. I like Requa and Ficcara's screenplays, but this character is so underwritten that her entire arch in this movie makes her out to be this horrible person but each at in the movie they try to make it Cal's fault that she cheated. Overall the best parts of the movie is Goslin and Carrell together and the best scene of the movie is Gosling and Carrell in the bar near the end of the movie. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/Mo8kVNb
