Where are the new mid-budget screwball college, road-trip, group male comedies that we had in the 2000s?

I used to love movies like Road Trip, Euro Trip, Dodgeball, Old School, Anchorman, Big Daddy, Beerfest, American Pie sequels - basically the Weitz brothers stuff, Zucker brothers, Adam McKay productions, Adam Sandler stuff. Where are the new comedies like this?These movies were great, really off the wall, making jokes off of actual brands and celebrities, mixing in gross out humour with ad-libbed jokes.We really need good comedy like this now.
