Disney+ needs to sort out their content descriptions. They're appallingly loose with spoilers and I'm starting to wonder if an AI is writing them.

Just now I went to watch Birdman (2014). Thankfully I'd seen it before, because the Disney+ description box is thus:In an effort to jump-start his career after his superhero movie franchise dies, a psychotic actor writes, directs, and stars in a Broadway play that becomes an unlikely hit after he tries to shoots[sic] himself in the head during the premiereWhat the fuck? Why would they include the climax of the entire film in the content description like that? It's not quite as egregious, but the description for Fight Club is close to a spoiler too:Sick of his dead end, mundane existence, Jack encounters an intriguing stranger who alters his relationship with realityFirstly, that's not his name. Secondly, priming everyone to think the film is about some kind of reality altering strangeness is majorly setting up the climactic revelation ahead of time, when there isn't any reality questioning going on for the vast majority of the film. They need to sort this out. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/L1vwAZD
