What actor/actress knew they were dying during the production of a movie they were in?

I know of only Andrew Whitfield.He was Spartacus in Spartacus sand and blood. He was diagnosed with stage IV non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in 2010. They actually put the second season off while he received treatment. At some point results came back that it was gone although he passed away 18 months after diagnosed, he was only in remission for very little time. It was recast to another actor with Andrew supporting him. The new actor said he would not have taken it if he did not have Andrew's blessing.
