Sorry, but Battle Angel is not a "whitewashing movie"

Someone claims there is a "whitewashing problem" with Battle Angel: https://ift.tt/2NvkdvO is simply not correct. Iron City in both the movie and the original source material is not located in Japan. It is a melting pot which humans, especially cyborgs, from all over the world migrates to, mostly because Tiphares is the only surviving city of its kind in the world.
