The 2019 Oscar for Best Supporting Actor is going to be an all time stacked race.
Brad Pitt: Once Upon A Time In HollywoodAl Pacino: The IrishmanTom Hanks: A Beautiful Day in the NeighborhoodWillem Dafoe: The LighthouseJoe Pesci: The IrishmanJamie Foxx: Just MercyAnthony Hopkins: The Two PopesSterling K. Brown: WavesSong Kang-ho: ParasiteShia LaBeouf: Honey BoyI mean, the names are just absurd: the three front-runners Pacino, Pitt, Hanks alone are three huge legendary names for a supporting actor category. So what's your thoughts on the Best Supporting Actor race? Is it an all-timer? Who will be nominated, who should win?It seems like Pitt and Pacino are the head of the pack and that Pitt has a slight edge over Pacino right now.Personally, my choice would be Pacino. I thought he was spectacular. Pitt was great as well, but I'd rank them: 1. Pacino 2. Pesci 3. Dafoe 4. Pitt 5. HanksBut it seems like the consensus is that ultimately Pitt will get it because he's never won one before. To that I reply: which is a greater travesty, the fact that Pitt has zero Oscars for acting or that Pacino only has one Oscar for acting? via /r/movies https://ift.tt/34FFuLq
