Pleasantly Surpised by D&D

Just got out of a screening. And Damn, I hate seeing that this movie is flopping. It was the most surprising Block Buster for me since Free Guy. Pure fun but it had a lot of heart. I was also shocked how much it actually felt like how a D&D campaign would play out.Oddly it felt like a “classic” Marvel movie. Closer to first Guardians of the Galaxy. I also appreciate that they used so many practical effects too. You can just tell there was a lot of love poured into this one.9/10 for me. I hope they take the good reviews into account when deciding whether to greenlight more. And no, this isn’t a paid advertisement. It’s probably too late to save it from flopping. Now where is Jarnathan? via /r/movies https://ift.tt/onvu86B
