Used to love watching special features, but almost never watch physical DVD's - is there somewhere to watch special features online?

I used to love watching behind the scenes, commentary, etc, but almost never watch physical DVD's anymore. Just wondering if there's anything online that allows you to watch special features. I don't think Netflix includes them online, right? Is it just not worth the bandwidth required to be able to make that sort of stuff available online?
