How is Kevin Smith’s Dogma not on a single streaming platform?

I used justwatch.com and it’s not on any Canadian, USA, Uk, or Japanese streaming services.I used my Samsung’s search function. It’s not on anything. Then I go to check to actual buy the movie and it’s no where expect EBay and most of the prices are insanely high. What did I miss? Why is this movie so elusive?(I was willing to rent it.
