[Spoilers]In "The Truman Show", do you think any of the actors other than Sylvia felt really bad for Truman while lying to him? Like his friend Marlon?

That's one thing I can't decide. It's never explicitly said, and some people clearly don't give two shits about him (like his wife Meryl), but Marlon seemed genuinely sad when he told Truman he would never lie to him, but carried on with what Kristof told him to do all the same.
