Whoever at Netflix approved The Christmas Chronicles 2 script should be fired.

Enjoyed the first one - solid Christmas movie that was mostly well-made. This sequel is the worst direct-to-DVD quality piece of garbage I've ever seen. I knew in the first 15 minutes it was going to be a train wreck but I kept watching, hoping they'd somehow figure it out and get back on track. Gone from the first one is the strong family story, kids dealing with loss and looking for a connection to a deceased parent, and rediscovering the magic of Christmas. Now it's just crappy CGI, bad acting, a horrific script, and the most paper-thin plot.Was actually kinda looking forward to this. Thanks Netflix :( via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3o0F8Z2
